Appartement Leopoldo Miguez / Copa:

Au coeur de Copacabana, juste 5 minutes a pied de la Célébre plage et quelques minutes en bus d'Ipanema. Idéalement situé, propre, parfait, calme, tout confort, décoration soignée, tarifs dégressifs selon la durée, en plein coeur de Copacabana et tres pres d' Ipanema, à proximité du metro (station Cantagalo). Literies extrèmement confortables": 1 LIT DOUBLE SIZE à la chambre. Chambre spacieuse, TV couleur 21’avec lecteur DVD. Petite salle de séjour équipée d’un canapé-lit (1 personne), "coin petit déjeuner sympa". Petite cuisine americaine, cuisinière/four, réfrigérateur et tous les équipements essentiels pour cuisiner. Tout l’ameublement, matelas, oreillers, couvertures, draps et serviettes des toilettes sont de bonne qualité. Il y a air conditionnée, ventilateur. Très bien situé", accès INTERNET, LAVERIE et PARKING à quelques pas de l'immeuble. "Debordé des commerce" aux alentours: supermarché, banque, boulangerie, cafés, bureau de poste et pharmacie. Station metro a 50m (Cantagalo).

Tenant shall be responsible for any fines that may be incurred due to violation of any laws, the convention or internal regulations of the building in which the apartment is located. Payment of the fine shall be made to us, as soon as we are notified as to the motive and value of said fine.
If you get into trouble with the police involving illegal drugs or anything else that is illegal in Brazil, we will not be able to assist you in any way. The owner of the apartment and our agency have no responsibility to help you in such a case.

Grounds for expulsion: Breaking terms of the contract, more people staying in the house than contracted for, disturbing the neighbours, loud parties, prostitution, negligence, drugs, property damage or any other detrimental conduct. Your deposit and rent will be forfeited as stated in the contract.

Les montants de votre location et de votre caution ne seront pas restitués conformément au contrat de location.

Apart Domingos Ferreira - Loft - 4 people max

We have just renovated this cool loft, in the heart of Copacabana, one block from the beach, you cannot beat the location!

The apartment does not face the street so it is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.

Located in a 1950's full of character building, this charming 50m2 apartment has got a comfortable queen bed ( 2 beds put together, so single people can each have their own), a sofa futton bed that sleeps one in the living room. All linen are 100% cotton, quality goods. Same goes for towels.

The kitchen is complete, with pots and pans, a microwave, utensils, cooking tools and the lot.

The building has a doorman 24 hours a day, it is a family, quiet building not suitable for parties.

It has a 21 flat screen TV, a mini stereo, plenty of storage space, a wardrobe, and a good shower with plenty of hot water. Oh and wi-fi internet too, nice and fast.

A 65m2 2-bedroom unit, with stunning views of Sugar Loaf and Botafogo Bay, and balcony view of the Christ (Corcovado). Botafogo is the next neighborhood to Copacabana (5min by taxi) and it is a non touristy area, where you can live like cariocas. Many shops, and a mall nearby, with restaurants, supermarket less than 50m, pharmacy, cinema theatres, post office and subway/metro station 3 blocks away. Quiet location.

The building is a family building with security (doorman) 24 hours a day. Not suitable for parties and loud guests.

Literies extrèmement confortables: 1 lit double size à la premiere chambre. A la deuxieme chambre 2 lits SINGLE. Salle super confort, HAMAC, TV couleur 29’avec lecteur DVD. Coin petit déjeuner sympa. Cuisine independente, cuisinière/four, réfrigérateur, microonde, et tous les équipements essentiels pour cuisiner.

Tout l’ameublement, matelas, oreillers, couvertures, draps et serviettes des toilettes sont de bonne qualité. Il y a air conditionnée dans les 2 chambres, ventilateur a la salle. Laverie. Studio apartment in Gloria for up to 3 people / Apart Studio a Gloria pour 3 personnes

Modern Brand New Studio in Gloria
This brand new renovated studio was all done up in 2013 and is our little gem. It's located at Rua da Gloria, in front of the subway station, on the 10th floor with stunning 180 degrees views! I mean stunning: Guanabara bay, Sugar Loaf, Outeiro da Gloria Church, the Boat Marina and all of Aterro do Flamengo Park at your doorstep. You may walk downtown, so this is also perfect for the business man who needs a cool, modern and well designed place in town.

Located in a  family residential building, with only 4 apartments per floor, you're also very close the bohemian Santa Teresa artistic neighbourhood, and also not too far from Copacabana Beach (10 minuted by taxi or 4 stops by subway only, you may also go by bus which should take about 10 minutes as well).

We offer 2 very comfortable beds that can be put together forming a double bed and also a nice sofa bed suitable for one. The apartment has air conditioning, ceiling fan, complete kitchen (cooktop stove, microwave oven, mini fridge, cable TV and wi-fi internet).

Apart moderne et tout renouvelle a Gloria
Cet appartement est dans une très bonne region à Rio car il est exactement juste a côté du centre-ville (Cinelandia), a côté de Santa Tereza, le cartier artistique et bohème de Rio, et aussi près de la plage, Copacabana.  

Cet appartement est au 10eme etage avec une vue magnifique de 180 degrees du Pain du Sucre, le la Baie de Guanabara, l' église d' Outeiro de Gloria et le Parc Aterro do Flamengo! C' est très securise, dans un bâtiment résidentiel, l' apart est lumineux, aéré, dans une rue à feuilles vertes, il y a une télévision par câble à écran plat, internet wi-fi, climatiseur, ventilateur de plafond et un canapé-lit. 

La cuisine est moderne avec un poêle en acier inoxydable nouvelle, micro-ondes, nouveau réfrigérateur et il possède à peu près tous les ustensiles dont vous aurez besoin. La salle de bain est également moderne. L'appartement est très calme et aussi dans un immeuble calme. Situé juste en face de l'station de métro Gloria, dans un quartier résidentiel pres du supermarché, la plage, des commerces et tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Vous serez également à proximité des restaurants, des transports, commerces. Il y a 2 lits célibataire qui peuvent être mises ensemble pour former une lit double et un canapé dans le salon qui peut accueillir 1 personne.  Nous offrons le linge de lit et serviettes de bain.
